The neighborhoods along Allen Heights Drive on the east side of Allen are established family streets, many built in the late 1990s and 2000s. That puts a lot of their original garage door springs and openers right at the age where they start to fail.
Tell us what the door is doing. We'll call you back.
If your door has started to feel heavy, close unevenly or make new noises, the springs or cables may be wearing out. Catching it early is cheaper and safer than waiting for a spring to snap.
Original openers from this era often lack modern features like Wi-Fi and battery backup. Replacing an opener is usually a same-visit job.
