The west side of McKinney is where most of the city's newer subdivisions are, stretching toward Frisco and Prosper along the Custer Road and Lake Forest corridors. Two- and three-car garages with builder-installed doors and openers are standard here.
Tell us what the door is doing. We'll call you back.
Builder-installed openers are often basic chain-drive models. When they wear out, many homeowners upgrade to quieter belt-drive openers with battery backup, which keep working during a power outage.
We also replace springs that have reached the end of their life and adjust doors that have started to close unevenly.
If the whole door needs replacing, we'll show you insulated options that handle Texas summers better.
